The right ways to remove the vent is to do it from the inside and remove the interior trim first, use a heat gun to remove the window, do a few passes around the whole window on Max heat and it will push right out.

have you heard about a heat gun?? oh yeah i used that thing to remove the windows on mine and i didn't have to cut my fingers off and came off extremely easy, just don't go too hot, and as you push it head up the area little by little as you remove it.
