Have you ever captured a wonderful landscape photography image only to realize too late that there's a massive rain drop on your lens?
In this video I enlist the help of Blake Rudis to cleanly remove that annoying rain drop but of course, he makes it painful.
Using Photoshops 'Remove Tool' isn't as obvious as you might think, especially when the rain drop covers a very important detail in this epic mountain landscape.
Blake also shares the power of 'Blend If' when making contrast enhancements using 'adjustment layers'. Apparently, I've been using 'kindergarten level' techniques all these years.
Will Blakes Photoshop tricks fix my image and will he ever get that gas money that he claims I owe?

Hi Gavin. Entertaining and informative. Could I ask a question? What sort of machine are you using that can handle the enormous Hasselblad's enormous files? I have a GFX and need an upgrade but Apple being Apple, won't let me test it with Lightroom on. Cheers. Sorry if it's been asked ad nauseum.

Seems like all of this could have just as easily been done in Lr or ACR where Clarity and Texture sliders would also have helped improve the edit. As for the images, I prefer B. Image A seems a bit artificial and over-saturated, especially the greens.
