Is that just wood glue you're using? What if you had a concrete subfloor? Any suggestions? I am trying to repair a small area in a friend's home with concrete slab that had cat urine saturated planks. uugh. I have found how to remove the crystallized urine but need additional information on how to glue down replacement board to concrete. It looks and feels like contact cement. Any thoughts?

Look for construction adhesive that says wood to concrete, but use regular wood glue to put pieces of flooring together with

Where did you purchase the replacement wood, seems to be 5 1/2 inch. I live in Toronto Canada

The flooring was leftover from when it was installed...all ways a good idea to hang on to some for just this reason

What do you do when the replacement plank u are using is not the same size as the damaged plank?? Make a video.

I don't think the nail was necessary. The glue would've hold it for life. I'm not floor installer but my glued down flooring not moving at all.
