In this video we go over the steps for what it takes to repair a sub floor after you have torn out glued down hardwood. Glued down wood tends to stick to the sub floor causing chunks of the original subfloor to tear out during the demolition process. In some cases it is necessary to put floor patch or floor leveler over these surfaces to make a smooth flat surface for floor installation. Follow us as we take this job from old floor to new floor ready.
