The passenger side headlight door opens and closes very slowly Is a vacuum leak causing that?

It is most likely a vacuum leak. There are several items that can have a vacuum leak for the headlight. Usually it is a seal on the small vacuum canister(s) behind the light. Could also be a hose or the Vacuum Storage Canister (aka: “coffee can”) could lose vacuum. You may have to trouble shoot this issue to find the culprit.
