Impressive! Thanks for sharing. I've watched several videos of guys showing rust removal with many different chemicals - some handy ones like vinegar, some major acids like muriatic, and some commercial ones like Evaporust. But I'm looking for something that will cling to a standing fixture. Your baking soda paste seems perfect. And easy as well as inexpensive. I will try your solution first.

Wonder how you got a smooth surface after all that scratching by steel wool..
@kfl6114 жыл бұрын
maybe you could try a plastic scrubber. I don't think she put much pressure on the steel wool when scrubbing.
@amtra17783 жыл бұрын
the water smooths out the scratches, once it dries out the scratch marks will appear, you could put a varnish spray over it too though
@decaprio74213 жыл бұрын
The the cloth at the end is needed to buff out the scratches👍

After i watched this movie I try this method with my chair which has heavy rust on its underneath and was sure it will work perfectly, I did just the same things in the movie but unfortunately it changed nothing. Wonder what did I do wrong? very disappointing..

It might be too rusted to be repaired using this technique. Rust can eat through metal and weaken it.
@anasbenmokhtar99333 жыл бұрын
This is removing rust from a chrome treated metal. I disagree about harsh way of removing the bicarbonate to soon. The bicarbonate should stay longer and rust should be removed gently by using soft scrub not metal one as it will further exposes the raw metal underneath and creat more rust. I suggest you wax the metal after scratching it with the metal scrub

I would suggest 0000 steel wool, to prevent scratches, as steel wool comes in different grades or types.

Confess that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart the God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved..you will receive the Holy Spirit Repent of your sins. ("Repent" is Latin. It means "To Turn Away." Turn away from your sins, refuse to go back to who you once were.) Be baptized. (Be completely submerged under water) And the Holy Spirit will gift you. Hell is real and is forever. God loves you. Amen
