ive been shadow banned for type non inflammatory technical long winded texts and I realsised this by testing using a new IPADD This is great its saved me a lot of time typing something technical about flight control systems and never getting a like or comment I wager this one gets sb'd and so I am not long a supporter of youtube as there is no way I am wasting my valuable time trying to make intersting comments they just want us to make one-liners

People say it's demotivating true, but thats how they want you to feel. im not giving up. i did too many times and regretted it, and im sure you dont want to give up either. Well.. this dosn’t work … 12 yrs and counting… Sent multiple reports, screenshots and everything and the YT support team will NOT respond…There is no fix for me even tho’ I did nothing to violate the rules…I have had absolutely NO HELP with this from anyone..I don’t know why I’m wasting my time writing this..! I think they are just experimenting with certain people.

Something nobody explains, or I couldn't find is how to fix the shadowban after strike. Happened to me 2 times, when I receive a strike for put music in my videos or similar, then youtube stop suggesting my videos and my views drop 90%. Only thing I can make is wait 90 days shadowbanned and let the strike expire.

@@EnglishScore No, they keep saying shadowban doesn't exist. Looking my analytics it's very clear when you compare the stats before/after. Happened to me in 2 different channels: 95% less impressions, no videos suggested, no videos in user's feed, no notifications... 3 straight months like that, till the strike expires. For me is too much punish for a simple music copyright strike , but anyway.

they like to obscure a lot of their moderation withthe official reason thatnot providing clear outlines makes it harder to circumvent them and break them in apirit, while thereal reason is that then they are unaccountable because there is no standard to hold them to, and that makes them able to use much more automatic moderation with little human input that costs wages.
