As below I use a nail file emery board lightly, after that I use a nail buffer too. It is always scary doing new procedures for the first time. I remember doing a full limb tightening for the first time, it was scary, now it's a piece of cake.

My girlfriend who is an artist told me to use matt finish on the doll to cover the marks from rubbing and falling. Just a thought.

I can't say I am either but I knocked a few over and they got some good face rubs. So I shared with her my boo hoo and she said, oh that is easy to fix just buy some matt finish and put it on the spot it just rubbed off. So I thought to give it a try and let you know.
