How to Remove Side Doors from a Ford Econoline Van - Lock Core and Barn Door Swap - '02 Ford E-350

The side doors aka "barn doors" on my van were the cargo version with no windows. I pulled a pair of doors with windows off the parts van I bought a few months ago and finally got around to replacing my side doors. It was an easy project that took less than a full day to complete. I also show how to remove the lock core.

@@TheDogsBox I see that now. I debated the door swap for a while but ultimately I decided that the added visibility both into the blind spot and for passengers is worth the decreased insulation. Considering putting a bench seat back there for passengers. I think that making quilted insulation panels with magnetic attachments gives you the flexibility to have both.
