I used to wear contacts since 2011. Suddenly in 2022 i got infection may be bcos of travelling or excessive use of contacts, I have no idea but I got very bad eye infection. Cornea infection, red eyes. I was advised to not use contacts for the time being. Later I started using lenses but it was never the same. I started getting red eyes and dry eyes. I couldn't wear lenses. So i stopped using it. Lack of sleep is also an issue. I am using eye oil ayurvedic. Its helpful.

So maine ek oil dekha SANTULAN AYURVEDA KA. 'SUNAYAN' EYE OIL. Usse dryness me to bohot fayda hua hai mujhe. Plus mai vegan diet pe hu. Vegetable and fruit ys zyada khati hu. Lentils. Aap dekho shayad apko fayda pade. Unke pass kajal bhi ache hai.. Men and women both ke liye.
