@drruchikabains56329 ай бұрын
@@memesbytom . Yes, tar tar is the root cause of bad teeth… if u have tar tar slowly u will have swollen & bleeding gums ,bad odour condition called Gigivitis and after some years if u’ll not remove that tar tar (calculus) it will eventually leads to bone destruction of the jaw ..condition (Periodontitis ) and u’ll notice losening of ur teeth … ur gums will reced … its horibble … so best treatment of ur tartar removal is (scaling n polishing ) n its totally safe plus maintenance of ur good oral hygiene as Dr Maykar already discuss in this podcast.

u can do it before breakfast but u hve to maintain atleast 40 mins of gap. problem is people r not understanding the concept of brushing n its timing w.r.t to ur meals. ur teeth n gums r sensitive after brushing or eating smthng. so if u drink or eat anything immediately after brushing it causes damage. n similarly if u brush right away after eating it will also cause damage. the basic is to maintain a 40min MINIMUM GAP BTWEEN BRUSHING N EATING..... but uf u r brushing at night after meal u can just hve ur BF, (no use of brushing before BF) n then wait for 40mins, dont hve any water, brushing immediately after intaking water too dilutes the toothpaste... DO NOT HAVE ANY WATER AFTER BRUSHING TOO, DONT RINSE UR MOUTH OR GARGLE JUST SPIT OUT, IT HELPS THE TEETH TO ABSORB FLOURIDE OR SMTHNG WHICH IS USEFUL... also after eating things which r too sweet sour or salty, just rinse ur mouth with water to minimize the damage.

Thank u so much for your info. I have a question that It is very annoying to not rinse the mouth after brushing the teeth (I use dabur toothpaste) So what should I do. And yeah it is very good information that if I did brush at night so I don't have to do brush before the breakfast

Patanjali tooth paste is the worst..This is fact..I am 36 yr old.....maine kabhi dentist visit nhi kia....kuki daant me kabhi dikkat aayi hi nhi....but jb maine Patanjali use kia for the very first time, sirf 2 weeks me hi mere teeth me pain hone lga...I used it because it's made of natural ingredients...but boht kharab toothpaste hai jisne 2 weeks me hi daanto ki band baja di, then my dentist (military dentist) suggested me to use white toothpaste....jo ki mai bachpan se use krti aa rhi thi.... aur jaha maine Patanjali use kia wahi kahani kharab ho gyi.....ab mai wapas se white toothpaste pe hi agyi..... And I also don't brush before breakfast ...and may be this is the reason my teeth are healthy
