Today my student left his phone on the lid, then another student opened the lid and accidentally knocked his phone into the piano. This video saved me from having to ask admin to call a tuner. Thank you so much!

My Kid dropped his phone, and a chopstick used to try and retrieve said phone in our 1926 Steinway. Sh*t! First I looked up piano repair. Then thought of KZbin. BOOM!! Your video saved us a costly house call. Took less than 2 minutes to take apart and put back together. THANK YOU!!

Thank you for this video, helped me retrieve the QRS remote control that slipped into the piano. On my Baldwin, the key slip had 3 screws attaching it before I could remove it straight up as demonstrated in this video.
