How to remove the bumper from a Lexus IS250 / IS350 to install Lite-Eyes CCFL Halos / Angel Eyes

Very useful video. Note when removing the bumper connections there's a hid washer jet hose to disconnect as well on the side the washer jet bottle is. It's a circular black connection which can be depressed to detach - it's not shown on the video. Also I found it much easier to disconnect the lights big connector before removing the light unit out itself.

not as easy as taking the bumper cover off, pay attention to the clips that the screws screw into when removing,,,, start by placing the bottom of the bumper cover under the bumper then rock the top into place just the opposite of how they removed it in the video, then work one side at a time into the wheel well (this is the first spot you need to get the plastic into the groves of the clips I mentioned earlier) then work the bottom of the bumper cover into their clips (notice the center screw on bottom did not need to come out, that one just holds the bottom grill in place) last reinstall all your screws and push pins. have patience and good luck, your gona need it

in Missouri, white is the only color Halos or angle eyes that is legal, (red and blue are not) red is reserved for police vehicles and blue is reserved for other emergency vehicles, also 8000K is the highest legal color frequency of headlight in Missouri , ( to bad, I like the 10000K ) what I would like to know is, where I could get some blacked out head lights and what is the brightest legal head light I could get to go with them? (my 2007 is250 came factory 35 watts which seems kind of dim, and 3500K color frequency which seems kind of yellow)

it is a bitch to get back into position thou. The tabs on the bottom came out when i pulled the bumper off and for the life of me i cant get a good fit between top of both sides of the bumper and front fenders. Not sure if the bottom tabs of the bumper go underneath or on top of the black plastic tray that it attaches to
