When you remove the 4 forwards facing bolts around the Tow Hook leave the top or bottom, whichever you loosen first, in a few turns. If you don't the keeper behind can spin free while loosening the other bolt. Had it happen today, impact was down so had to do it by hand. Impact might make it easier to not spin. I also did it alone and the tow hooks will hold the bumper in place enough it won't fall on you while taking the 8 forward bolts out.
