I was glad to come across this video at first and followed your instructions to a tee, but the mistake we both made I found out later was you only undo the pinch bolts on the right (none ABS ) side as this allows the sensor to remain in its position while you remove the shaft bolt. Having put everything back in place and switched on the power my ABS warning light started flashing. According to my local BMW dealer, that's why! Know I have to book it in to have it adjusted or replaced if its damaged cause its touched the disc. Should have read my manual fist.

Sad to read that, you do have to be careful with the ABS sensor. However, I have taken off the front wheel of other bikes the same way for many years without any problem, go figure.

The crown on the road wears the tires a little uneven.
@Degenhardt450 Жыл бұрын
The camber of a road is around 1-1.5 degrees. The uneven wear on a tyre is on the side, usually around 8-10 degrees. Uneven wear is by measurement due to some out reason. I hypotheses that it is actually due to the fact that right hand turns are longer than left hand turn, resulting in more wear on the right side of a type. Any other ideas would be welcome, but must be supported by evidence in order to be valid.
