I've just started this job. I need to find the end plate/brackets which bolt onto the torsion bar ends and hold the ABS cable. If you have a source please let me know. The only ones I've seen in scrappys are as rotten as the originals. Love these cars n had this one, a 2007 1.6 petrol for 12 yyears now. Had a 1.8 petrol mk 1, 3 door multispace before this one, it was the only one I've seen. Thanks for the guide, good info!

Great and informative videos, just curious what symptoms your Belingo axle was showing to tell you the axle was knackered, my van is showing the camber on the back wheels and a knocking noise over bumps, I've been underneath and it's showing some lateral wear at the bushes. I'm looking at changing it this year in the summer, think I'm going to struggle with the torx bolt removal. Cheers

Crunching and knocking is usually the final straw pal 👍 torx bolts should be ok 👍

As a diyer mate usually working on the floor I'd recommend a new rear axle. 👍

Could you explain why the axle needed to be changed as the car looked alright from the back stance wise

The bearing in the trailing arm has collapsed causing a horrendous clunk when driving. Rather than just replace that which is more than possible I'd rather replace the full axle as its only a matter of time before other parts fail on it. 😎

Superb. I cant get spare wheel bolt to turn. Can I just cut it off underneath and pull inside bit out. Its all so crusty cant identify where if any threads are and where to cut it to allow retraction of bolt through boot. Thanks in anticipation

Hi Danny, I'm after a bit of information. We are buying a new car and my Sportska is being traded in as scrappage but I would like to keep the alloy wheels for my Streetka, as this has a couple of flat spots on the rims, I only changed the tyres a few months ago. Do you know what size steel wheels and tyres would fit the Sportska, which I could get from a breakers. Many thanks for any info regards Peter

Hi Peter. Any with ford fitment will do. Just let the breakers yard know what they are going on and they will pull you a set off a ford scrapper 😎

If you buy a refurbished ore a new one tho holes for the torx 50 is a lot bigger. Just received my refurbished one, and they are much larger than on the original So you can drill a bigger hole if necessary to get the tool in there. Although it's the same rear axle as on the peugeot partner, it is way easier to remove on the partner.
