How to remove the Windows Old folder

I'll demonstrate how to delete the Windows Old folder from your PC in this video. Upgrading to a newer version of the Windows operating system creates the Windows Old folder. In the event that something goes wrong, you can use the data and settings from your prior Windows installation to restore your system. However, you might wish to free up disk space for other uses as the Windows Old folder can potentially eat up a lot of it.

On windows 11 as of May 2024 that disk cleanup button is not there its replaced with disk info which displays info instead, so instead click start and search for disk clean up instead:) thanks for video did the trick to get around you need admin rights to delete old.windows folder.
