There is a lots of types of this tool, but this is for old freewheels size.

I have all of them from the 70’s. You generally do not have to remove all the bearing locknuts.

If you had the tool it was almost as fast as changing cassettes. We designed a holder so you could use a road sign as your bench vise. “Pocket vise” it was called.

search for TB-1035, it has two notches, outer diameter 23mm. Its specifically for Suntour FR-2 freewheels.
