How to remove voicemail icon permanently

In In this video I'm going to show you how to remove the voicemail icon notification from your smartphone permanently, this applies to most android and Samsung phones.

More easy way: Go where your keypad is, click on the three dots on top right and chose settings, go down till you see voicemail and chose: notification, and chose silent and activate "minimize notification"

Didn’t work for me. It does not let me turn off notification, and when I press minimize notification, it just makes the voicemail notification smaller. It drives me insane.

I found it but the I cannot change it because it is greyed out! I ended up trying all the phone and call system apps. Choosing phone services app and deleting the cache and data seemed to have removed it. As long as I don't reboot my phone, it won't pop back up and show up when I pull down to see all notifications.

Under special acces on your settings click on appear on top and at the top right side which is the three dot click on it and also click on reset app preferences. The frustrating notification will go away once and for all

1-13-2023 - - - Your video is nice but my Galaxy s21 5g Android doesn't look like that. In the "phone" - App notifications screen, the "allow notifications" button cannot be accessed. Below that, I changed the "allow sound and vibe.." to "silent." Below that I turned-off the two buttons: "Lock screen" and "badge" to "not allowed." I turned the screens off then tack on and the message "New Voicemail" from AT&T was still displayed. I tried to long-press the notification and it "dialed my voicemail number" then I hung up quickly and AT&T chimed with a message that I had been charged $0.35 for checking my voicemail. This is very frustrating as there "is no voicemail" in the system when I check, but the message stays on my home screen. Who do I call to fix this? Is this an AT&T problem, a samsung problem, or an android problem??? Please help.

AT&T problem. This message is sent to your phone from your provider. when they clear the voicemail it will go away. Do not ask them to cancel the voicemail box until you solve this problem because it will remove your access but not clear the message.

Ir more easy, only you have to go setting- app- click to show de system apps and search for Phone (you gonna see PHONE three times, but you only need click in the first one), after you gonna click on Storage and click to "clear cache and data", that's all, and you will see disappear the icon. 🇲🇽Mxhack 🤙
