I use Garnier yellow cap waterproof makeup remover. It’s amazing because it has oil in it just like Nivea. I’ve never tried Nivea so I’ll give that a try since the price point is so reasonable.

Are you trying to remove waterproof makeup? If just normal makeup, I would say just go with the balm.

@@rachelmoskowitz3184i’ve used the liquid one and it took makeup off great but i think the cleansing balm is more moisturizing so if u have sensitive skin i would suggest the cleansing balm :)
