Yes! It’s so refreshing to see how passionate she is about makeup. She appreciates a good product for what it is and not for the brand. I’m curious, why are you not into makeup anymore? I ask because I feel the same way. In my case I stopped wearing makeup because it rubbed off with the mask and there was no purpose on wearing it, and I also got saturated with all the launches of products that we didn’t need. I feel that launches became about flashy packaging and not of products that we will actually consume and enjoy.

L'oreal is one of my favorite brands out there. It feels like so many people gush about the mascara and the fresh wear foundation, and don't really mention much else. So happy to see this video! Their facial tanning drops are incredible if you haven't tried those. They don't have as much of that weird, self-tanning stink that most tanning products seem to have. Maybe because you mix them in with your moisturizer? I don't know, but they're fabulous, and super natural looking. Thank you for this break down of each brand, Tati. It's honestly incredibly helpful for those times when I'm going to be wandering through the beauty section in Target wondering what's worth trying.

Voluminous mascara is so good! I have green eyes like you, Tati, and the burgundy/maroon coloured mascara looks good but it's really subtle. I'm sure you could make your eyes look even better with it and some of your amazing lid colours:)

I can attest to the 24h fresh wear being amazing. It blurs the skin and everything blends so nicely on it compared to other drugstore foundations. L’Oreal is higher quality than other drugstore brands based on what I’ve tried.

I love these one brand break it down videos!!!! I have extremely sparse, thin, sad little eyelashes and the Telescopic mascara has been my ride or die for years!!!! It adds such length to my lashes which I desperately need in order to see my lashes at all over my hooded eyes. I don’t care that it’s not very volumizing because if my lashes are voluminous but short, my hooded eyes cover them up anyway. So I 100% recommend the Telescopic mascara for anyone with hooded eyes!

@@kellie5476 girl me too. I thought it would be a disaster. But at $11 I was like ehh what is the harm in trying it. And it was love at first use. I put it on over a thick sunscreen...usually the Australian Gold tinted. Or a good moisturizer. Or a serum foundation or tinted moisturizer. Depending on my mood, weather, skin condition etc. It literally blurs my forehead lines. Mattifies without looking cakey. I use a dense flat brush and buff it on when I don't need a lot of coverage. Or a wet sponge or even the applicator that comes with it, when I need more coverage. Or I use it as a setting powder over foundation using a big fluffy brush. It is also beautiful over a dewy spray like tatcha dewy or wet n wild coconut spray. Just play around and see what works for you. But I seriously cannot live without it. A lot of ppl are on the Elf Camo Powder now, but I tried it and went right back to the Loreal haha.

I love the new Glow Paradise Balm-in-Gloss. The darker neutrals like Rose Harmony and Mademoiselle Mauve are pigmented enough to give opaque coverage, and the gel formula is so much more comfortable and longer lasting than the lipstick version.

OMG!! I remember the Magic Nude Liquid to Powder! 😭 It was my first ever foundation and I remember my skin looking beautiful! I would ask other people if they remembered it but no one says they do! My heart just burst when you mentioned it!! 💕

I loved it too, but it seemed like it only lasted a minute and then was immediately discontinued. I also liked that Taylor Swift foundation that Covergirl did, remember the shades were all tree names? Like oak or aspen or elm. Anyway same thing, they discontinued that one as soon as I needed a replacement. Why do makeup companies do this to me????
