For the most part yes they are. Just make sure they aren’t sending you any additional bumper supports. Like a crash bar or structural support stuff.

I believe you are asking about the A/C condenser. This is the grey finned part behind the bumper reinforcement. This is the "radiator/heat exchanger" For the A/C system.
