@@manniambarsariya4614 ECR means if someone is uneducated (unskilled) worker who wants to work in foreign. Like labours. So, if you have atleast 10th (SSC) Certificate, you are a NON-ECR. So, in the application if it asks NON-ECR - Check Yes. For this, you have to show your 10th class certificate as proof. If you are a minor (under 18, 1 year baby, 10 years kid, etc.) then also you come under NON-ECR. But for minors no need to show 10th certificate, instead you have to show parents passport.
