Is it insulation and/or heat pump? Is d heat pump usually electric or gas powered?

All rental homes are insulated in NZ! I have a heat pump & everyone I know that has one is Electric

no straight answer for this one as I have explained in this video and other videos but on average $550pw for a one-bedrooom excluding utilities
