If post graduate diploma is in teaching then apply for Teaching IQA on NZQA. Check my NZQA videos on channel. There is no age limit on work visa at the moment but there is age limit for residence visa which is 55 or less.

Appraisal is when school gives you the annual performance grade along with their feedback. Moreover, lesson observation feedback from your mentor which they usually do by filling out a form while observing the classroom.

Hello Sir. I already UK NARIC. My masters is equivalent to that of UK. I have done Masters in Education. Am i eligible to apply for secondary teacher job in New Zealand? Does UK NARIC works in New Zealand? Also I have done my whole education in English in India. Do I still have to prove my English proficiency?
