A Tenant is already living in a property, I have bought same property but Tenant’s rent agreement with previous owner still valid for few more months. Basically offer is like "invitation" suppose Someone ask to buy this beautiful property this is called offer if you accept the offer it will be change in Legally documents between you and offeree this is called agreement .

Landlord never shows up these agents acts as if they are God and manipulate the situation so bad that you are not left with a choice either to pay hell of their demands or walkj off the office so many time they scam tenant for a damaged property later on with no maintainance it's a hell facing these scsmmers
