Honestly it's probably not as bad as you think. How fast do you think they get up to? Balance issues only increase as you go faster but also decrease as you go slower. And on top of that cars over there will have way lower safety ratings than the west so I think this in reality this is fine and will probably be the least of their problems on the road. Hell they are already one step up by being in a car vs. a bike.

Looks great! 3 things that stand out: 1. Complete lack of surface prep and dirt on the surfaces during brazing 2. The skull breaker wheel clamps flinging around on the lathe!! 3. Using bondo on wheels. Entertaining though and maybe good for a bit.

может для начала та диск лучше помыть и почистить от грязи ну и перед тем как варить и от краски зачистить? ну или наифга делать то пол страны так ездит и еще поездят потом еще нам продадут и мы будем ездить

Probably OK. One clue is that this is not a new shop by any means. If they were selling crap they'd probably not survive. They also have a lot of that particular wheel style in there. Seems like a specialty for them. Gas welding aluminum is a legit process. The welder is clearly skilled, is using some flux, a slightly carburizing flame, and can keep a good puddle. Most people doing aluminum in the U.S. will tell you a good TIG machine is best due to gas shielding, arc control, and the wave forms possible to keep the weld clean. That doesn't mean that's the only way. This is NOT a super clean weld. Welders in these PK videos do drive me nuts 'cause they too often don't clean or prep for the weld. This is one such case. Guys, you're cleaning the wheel later right? Just clean it first. C'mon. The cut looked and sounded okay. I did not see the porosity I expected. I do think they took more material off those wheels to dress them up than they think. Might be okay depending on how much extra is in the wheel. BTW, nice chucking jig there! Never seen one of those. That 'L' shaped tool is nifty too. These guys come up with some interesting tooling. But ... the original engineering didn't account for field repairs I suspect.
