How to repair a Dead Flight Controller (NO LED)

In this video, we take a detailed look at how to repair a flight controller on an fpv racing drone.
Im repairing the Omnibus F4 flight controller, but this should work on any flight controller.
This is the worst thing to happen to a drone: A dead stm32 chip.
The symptoms are that there is no light at all on your flight controller at all (no red or blue light).
If there is a red light, your stm chip is probably fine.

what does it mean if my red light is working, blue light isn't, the motor makes 3 beeps instead of 5, and once plugged into PC, it doesn't show up in betaflight?

Hey i have a problem with my FC because i had a water damage, at the beginning there are the 3 normal beeps but the Rest is beeping fast and the ligts on it flash Like normal it binds but does nothing Else.

So basically I am very new to this FPV drones I ordered parts not too long ago and got everything built. At my latest stage I configured my FPV using Betaflight. I basically had my flight controller connected to usb port and had my LiPo also connected. I just wanted to finish configuring the Motors and make sure they are spinning in the the right direction and suddenly my XT60 black cable went loose. I must have soldered it and I didn't put flux on it so it was holding on very poorly and was the matter of time when the Red or Black cable of XT60 would just come loose from the ESC pads. My FC LED labelled "BT" started slowly flashing in green light. I thought I'll just resolder the XT60 connector and will get my FC to work back again with all LEDS ON but I was stupid enough to believe that cuz it didnt even work when connecting to USB port like it used to before. There used to be many LEDS and now just one green flashing. So I looked at the STM32 Chip and measured continuity with my Multimeter like u showed here and VDD is shorted to ground : (( . I still dont understand how I destroyed my chip because all it was is the LiPo black lead went loose while I was configuring the Motors in Betaflight and I just tested them by powering them up and watching their speed in the Motor section of Betaflight. Can it be that when XT60 ground lead went loose, It touched any of the FC Voltage pads ? Also I looked at all the voltages and checked continuity. Like 10V, 5V seems ok and doesnt have continuity issue. But when I tried checking 3.3V and ground they got continuity, meaning my 3.3V is shorted to ground. Anyways I ordered new FC thanks for the help btw!
