If I don't want to buy a locator kit, what is the best method to locate the break once I have narrowed it down with the wire swapping?

Hi George. Great question. You can try tuning an AM radio to somewhere around 1000 and following the static while you point your antenna at the wire. signal should start to fade and eventually cease. It's not the best, but it will get you closer. If the break was recent you may be able to see it visually. 'hot spots' are edges of garden beds after trimming, sidewalk crossings and anywhere you may have done some digging. Good luck!

I repaired it by twisting the exposed wires together with my hands, feels better than the bulky connector which the mower will drive over

Hey George! I would definitely recommend using a weatherproof connector for wire break repairs. Once you complete the splice, just bury the connector and it will be out of the way. -M

I fixed the line but i forgot to disconect it from the base station now Its still giving a green flashing light and a error code do you know how i fix it ( it’s a einhell mower)
