Yes!!! I so needed this video. I've been freezing taking showers but would almost scald my hand in the kitchen. We just moved into our new home and couldn't figure out why the shower wouldn't get any warmer. Now, I can finally take a hot shower.

I had problems loosening the ring (fortunately, I did not damage anything) and removing the cartridge. I was also not able to install the new cartridge without tightening the ring.
