Nice to see the repair done. I wonder how long it will last when the truck is loaded over it's max capacity again and again.

oh dude... I don't generally comment on the safety of these vids, but dude grabbing swarf while the spindle is turning... very bad idea. great way to lose a finger or worse in a hurry. them gloves ain't going to help at all either. you literally have a chip hook, its there for a reason, USE IT! Also, it appears that axle has been repaired several times already, and I get it money is tight, but at some point, you just have to admit its time for a new one. ya'll did a great job this time around, but I'd be wondering about the other "repairs"

Is this type of stuff repaired in US? Have never seen places working on stuff like that
@northmanlogging27695 ай бұрын
@@ocramas is used to be, and occasionally still is, We just have easily accessible new parts here, the offroad 4x4 and hot rod folks will regularly shorten/lengthen axles, just not common on semi trucks, unless its some ancient hard to find thing.

The repair should last a while until they overload the truck again and break something else.

O que não poder ser consertado no Paquistão e que já está totalmente danificado, parabéns.

What's a "dump axle" do you mean "dump truck axle"?

It does not surprise me to see axle breakage on these bodged up 3 axle affairs. No bogie lift. No steering. Just think of the hub loading. The lathe operator knows nothing about lathes and cutting technique. The tool screams with overload yet he piles on the cut. I just wiah that red hot swarfe woould flail round and put us all out of our misery. He is so dangerous.
