Thanks. The most difficult thing is to match the color. It could be darker or lighter, and if you will fix scratches dropped everywhere on the item it will spotted.

Train your cats to use a scratching post and trim their claws. They're only scratching your furniture, because their claws are too long. Be sure you're clear on the length they should be, and that you don't _over-trim_ them, or you could cut into the flesh that sheaths the upper part of their claw, which will be excruciatingly painful for them. 😖

From what I can see from your video the result right after the "glue and push" could be enough for what I need. I'm scared to ruin the sofa with the sanding and the colour. Maybe in some places I can avoid to do the last 2 steps. Which are the negative results of avoiding them ? Is the glue alone going to be more visible on the leather if not sanded ? To avoid this get those cat caps you put on your cat’s claws. My new kitten (my husband’s actually, I do not even like the beast) scratched my leather sofa a little (not too bad) and I got him used to wearing them young. Once you learn how to glue them properly they will save your house.

They really aren’t that bad! I love cats I will always have a cat in my home. You just have to train them to not scratch your furniture. Get them a scratching post and trim their nails.
