I have harman kardon AVR 235 7.1 chainal IT'S Power on but no sound

DSP Board issue, get it in touch with Harman service center

It’s continuously on if it is receiving 48V phantom power from a sound desk too. It flashes when it on battery power.

Without any input signal or 48 Phantom, once DI power ON in an idle condition then front red led power light must flash slowly it indicates device is ok condition.
