how to repair my panasonic sdr-h80? white background only when i open the camera.. and also, the internal memory cannot ready by the computer (only sd card are read by computer)

maybe you have same with my case. to make sure the problem, first you must test your SDR80 for record video, you can use your video output to displaying to your monitor or TV, if can work properly you can follow the step in my video to change the flex cable. if the memory cannot read by computer make sure you have correct cable data or use the original cable data, I bought the data cable 3 times before I could connect it to the computer, the three cables are the same shape and size but completely different.
