I just repaired one but it was not the LED's it was the chip resistors, cold solders. I fluxed the areas and reheated the connection and the bulb lit right up. The only way to see the cold solders is with an eye loupe. The company was Ecosmart.

In addition, you must know the goals of God's work, and the work that God will do here today. AFTER UNDERSTANDING this, and THROUGH the GUIDANCE of GOD'S WORDS, you MUST first ENTER, and first RECEIVE GOD'S INSTRUCTION. When you ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE GOD'S WORDS, and when you REALLY KNOW GOD'S WORK, you will be WORTHFUL to SERVE GOD. I saw another YT video to get the bulb off. I took a steak knife and place the blade where the bulb connects then rolled the bulb as I gently pushed the knife blade. Eventually, 5 or 6 rolls There was enough glue weakened that I could pop the top off.

You should not just short the circuit where the LED was. This working makes this a serial circuit, by shorting it the total voltage on the string will be divided over the remaining LED's, blowing them up in no time. Just solder in a new LED!

Why do I keep seeing all these videos of people attempting Light Bulb Repair by removing the SMD bulb with an exacto knife?! Do you not own a soldering iron? Even the part at the end of just taping some wire to the contacts is goofy, you could have at least soldered the wire in place so it won't fall off and short something else out...
