It's better to use plastic tyre lever rather than metal one because it might damage tube and both. Due to sharp point and while putting pressure on rim. Keep a note it's a alloy rim, so it's better to use plastic levers to protect your rim from damage. Sometimes quality matters, every time Focus should not be about money.

No need to remove the air to remove the wheel n tire... Your brake levers have quick release.. push the brake levers towards the front and push the small metal pin out, sideways. The brakes will open up further.
