Do you know where I might be able to find a replacement for just the socket? You're out of stock of aux boards on your website again, and I think my issue is isolated to just the socket. It might be a lose connection though, I'll try re-soldering the socket.

definitely late, I'm facing the same issue now. Even if it was in stock, ~$30 seems like an awful lot considering only the jack is liable to be my issue. My hope is that I can find another TRRS 2.5mm socket on Digikey that is close enough to the original to replace it. I'll have to check if there is any kind of part number on the socket that can be looked up, once I get to taking my broken one out.

So I tore the ribbon connecting to the action pcb but theres no videos on reaching and replacing the action PCB. Any chance you could provide an instructional video as to how to reach it

Depends on the repair, but we usually run our solder guns at about 400 degrees C

My QC35II accidentally dropped (from chair to floor) and now it's headphone jack is a bit damage. While in wired mode, I am still getting audio in the right speaker but in the left speaker, only when I'm pushing and holding the cable towards my head.
