I have this scooter and the back wheel goes flat every time I ride it for 10km or so. It is fine when it is stationary, can't find any sign of leak or puncture when still.

same here, it drives me nuts hahah, on my way to work (15km) I had to inflate the tire at mid trip in order to not running low.

very late comment but it probably is micro holes or something idk but put sealant in the tires that should prevent it

Hi! Does it work if there's like a small crack on the tire? I've been considering changing it but it's so complicated so if I could fix it with slime that would be great. Thank you!

Cool stand to hold the scooter in the air, what is the brand?
@slickpeeker23 күн бұрын
will it seal the same way if the puncture is in the tread itself
@Del-Canada6 ай бұрын
Are these the same tyres the KQI3 Max has? They are supposed to be self sealing but I think that is more of a gimmick. I ordered some Slime to be safe anyway.

my apollo city pro is leaking the sealing gel and my back tire is leaking air from somewhere

I tried this but it didn’t work :( . I’m going to try to use a belt and strap the wheel tighter down to the rim and hopefully I can get a seal. But it’s not looking good . The tire shop was able to do it but I’m having trouble . Wish the slime worked .
@donrez86222 ай бұрын
Yow what did you do to seal the bead? I tried with the strap one and no good its leaking air
@nikko6da9dafreakko4 ай бұрын
Is there a wait period before adding air? I've done this 3 times. Its been about 10 hrs
@fortinage Жыл бұрын
Cool, I'll try that but why not put the slime into the valve like instructed on the bottle?
@DanyoSports Жыл бұрын
No, only put slime into the valve if you have a tire puncture. To fix a leaking bead, you should remove the tire and clean the bead or put slime around it to properly seal it.

Do you have to put it completely around the tire or only where the leak is
@DanyoSports Жыл бұрын
Yes, you need to put it completely around the tire

Slime has fuxed my leak but from time to time it was leak out and go flat again. I'm suprised that slime doesn't dry out inside the tyre, it stays liquid

I even no matter what I do air leaks through even tried slowly adding air

Why you dont put inside i have same problem and same scooter
@DanyoSports Жыл бұрын
You have to put slime on the sides to seal the bead.
@spencerpetty609610 ай бұрын
Did you take the tire off, or just apply slime?
@DanyoSports10 ай бұрын
No, I only applied slime.

Can you do this after putting slime in the valve!! Can I still do it in the bead.... When it's sitting it's fine when I ride it it gets flat again...

I guess that would make sense if your tire isnt using a tube.
