I hope you watch until the end, because at the beginning of the video there is a wrong schematic/image. But at 37 minutes the schematic/drawing has been revised.

The number of teeth of this stator is 36. And the number of magnetic poles on the rotor is 12.
I try to make this tutorial as detailed as possible so that it is easy to understand. Starting from the winding direction of each coil, and also the sequence of the coil for each phase.
Because, if it is wrong it can cause the electricity output to be not optimal. And if this alternator will function as a brushless motor it will not be able to rotate perfectly. It won't even turn around.
Yes, this alternator can function as a DC / BLDC brushless motor.

Can make a double bobbin, with two metal cores, to double the amps? With doubling the rotor size, and put some magnet on. Same number of coils, but double. Thank you again!!

It really can. In order to get the same output voltage at the same rpm, you can replace a larger diameter of the enamel wire. And of course the number of turns per coil will decrease from the original number.

Thats all great but what about 12si delco alternators? Why do they have cinde of s formation winding instead of all other normal alternators ?? How is out put calculated if you use magnets in the rotary part ? And what wuld hapen if you use only 1 pole not the other from the magnet ? Wuld that field winding actualy be cinde of pulse generator working at high voltage but no amps if all field windings face same direction if rewound? 🤔 I was wondering how marine aplication alternator can put out bouth dc and ac how are those types of alternator wound?

Saya tidak paham mas bro... Itu saya pakai lem epoxy yang biasa tukang gulung dinamo pakai. Fungsi kapas hanya untuk menahan lem agar tidak meleleh saat belum kering.

@@YudiHermanto4H mmmm... yang ditutup isolatip (merk) biasanya ada tulisan Non SAG, biasa digunakan tempel2 selain bahan metal, klo ya kan lumayan lebih murah ketimbang dexxxxxtone kalengan buat tempel2 bahan metal. 😅

Kalau nambah ampare, diameter kawat email yang diperbesar. Tapi nanti jumlah lilitan per coil jadi berkurang, itu pasti. Agar selisih jumlahnya tidak terlalu jauh, memperbesarnya jangan berlebihan. Misal aslinya diameter 1.2mm, bisa ganti 1.5mm. Dan, lilitan coil serapih mungkin agar jumlah lilitan benar2 mandekati jumlah lilitan aslinya. Kerapihan ini sangat penting. Kalau tidak, nanti selisihnya terpaut jauh banget. Kalau bisa benar2 rapih, kalau dari 1.2mm ke 1.5mm malah jumlah lilitan bisa sama seperti aslinya.

Maaf mas, secara teori saya tidak begitu paham. Itu saya dapat ketetapan seperti itu berawal dari ketika lilit ulang alternator (dapat bekas rusak) dan mau saya fungsikan sebagai motor BLDC dia rotornya tidak mau berputar. Karena penasaran, akhirnya coba saya bandingkan dengan motor BLDC lain (bukan bekas alternator) yang masih bagus. Yaitu dengan cara mengecek output tegangan dari masing2 phase. Saya gunakan tester di skala ohm meter. Motor BLDC, kalau rotornya diputar kan seperti lompat2 atau bergerigi (cogging step). Jadi di rotor saya beri tanda dan saya gerakan satu cogging step (satu gerigi). Lalu langakah tanda di rotor tadi saya beri tanda di statornya sebagai isyarat itu adalah satu kali langkah cogging step. Nah di langkah satu cogging step itu saya ukur tegangan keluarnya di masing2 phase dengan melihat jarum tester bergeraknya ke kiri atau ke kanan. Ternyata, dua phase jarum tester bergerak sama yaitu ke kanan dan satu phase jarum tester bergerak ke kiri. Nah dari hasil testing itu saya jadikan acuan untuk mengecek alternator yang baru saya lilit ulang. Kesimpulan dari testing di atas, dalam satu kali cogging step ternyata dua phase tegangan outputnya sama dan satu phasenya lagi tegangan outputnya berbeda. Jadi di alternator yang saya lilit ulang itu saya coba ubah2 arah lilitan salah satu phasenya dan ternyata berhasil yaitu difungsikan sebagai motor BLDC bisa berfungsi dengan baik/rotor bisa berputar. Saya ubah arah lilitannya tidak dengan bongkar dan lilit ulang, tapi yang tadinya ujung kawat sebagai "start" saya jadikan "end" dan ujung "end" saya jadikan "start". Jadi masing2 ujung kawat tiap phase diberi tanda. Dan kebetulan ketemu di phase 2 (warna biru) yang arah lilitannya harus terbalik atau berbeda dari phase 1 dan phase 3. Jadi kenapa dari testing di atas saya jadikan acuan ? Karena melihat dari video lain yang mengubah alternator jadi motor BLDC, mereka tidak mengubah lilitan aslinya alias masih pakai lilitan/spul ori nya. Jadi, lilit ulang alternator agar hasilnya maksimal harus benar yaitu phase 2 arah lilitan awalnya harus berbeda/terbalik dari phase 1 dan phase 3. Kalau phase 2 salah (arah lilitan phase 1, phase 2 dan phase 3 sama semua) apakah masih juga menghasilkan listrik/keluar tegangan ? Tentu bisa, tapi hasilnya tidak akan maksimal dan atau tidak awet karena salah satu phase cepat terbakar. Jadi, menurut saya phase 2 (warna biru) itu berbeda agar tegangan output dari masing2 phase sinkron. Jadi begitu mas, ceritanya. Secara teori saya tidak paham/tidak bisa jelaskan. Takut salah 😂😂...karena saya hanya belajar otodidak.

Start atau end sama saja hasil nya, mas. Yang penting phase kedua arah lilitan jangan salah. Jika phase 1 start ke kanan, maka phase 2 start ke kiri, dan phase 3 sama dengan phase 1. Atau misal phase 1 start ke kiri, berarti phase 2 start nya ke kanan, dan phase 3 ke kiri.

@@siapacepat5254 tidak mas bro. Beda jumlah kutub pada rotor beda juga wiringnya. Di video ini, saya dapat perbedaan wiring dengan motor brushless 3 phase lainnya karena pas saya coba tidak bisa berputar. Lalu saya coba balik phase 2 dan bisa berputar normal. Trus saya coba cari tahu dari beberapa artikel ternyata susunan lilitan di phase dua memang berbeda, yaitu terbalik dari phase 1 dan phase 3. Memang, untuk lilitan alternator mobil ini unik, berbada dari yang lain selama saya sering2 iseng lilit ulang motor bldc. Berbedanya mungkin karena jumlah magnet di rotor dan coil di stator yang berbeda dari yang lain. Umumnya, setiap 3 kutub stator berhadapan 2 kutub magnet di rotor. Untuk lebih jelas lagi memahaminya, perlu pelajari lebih dalam bagaimana motor dc 3 phase bekerja.

each alternator is different. there are 9 turns, there are 11 turns, there are 5 turns. for the same result as the original, calculate the original turns. if only for micro hydro generators, there are no provisions. because the result of the voltage depends on the rpm of the generator driving source.

It requires a larger stator size. If possible, double or triple the stator. But the consequence is that the rotor is lengthened.

Ikut belajar mas bro, saya mau tanya untuk alternatir 24v /truk, jumlah lilitany per pole nya berpa lilit mas, kebetulan yang sedang saya bongkar pakai pola bolak balik/gelombang sinus, atau apalah itu namanya, saya mau coba yang di vidio ini, tapi untuk keluaran 24v, mohon pencerahannya mas bro

Wah saya tidak tau pasti itu mas bro, saya bukan tukang gulung alternator. Tapi ada ini yang keluaran 24v perpole 9 dan 10 lilitan. Nanti kalau diterapkan ke truk dan masih pakai regulatornya kan tegangan otomatis stabil di 24V. Saya rasa jumlah lilitan yang gelombang dan bolak2ik sama. Hanya model lilitan yang beda.

@@atmsc4nd4l The winding direction of each coil, between 30 stator poles and 36 stator poles, is the same. The only difference is in the number of coils and the number of rotor poles. 30 stator poles, 30:3=10, so the number of magnetic poles in the rotor is 10, the number of coils per phase is also 10. If 36 stator poles, 36:3=12, then the number of poles in the rotor is 12, the number of coils per phase is also 12. The winding direction is the same.

You can wrap one or two wires around one coil. Then, rotate with the set rpm. For example, it will be played at 1500rpm. Measure the output voltage, for example two turns of wire produce a voltage of 2V. Means one turn of the wire produces 1V. Then 220V divided by 1V, that is the same as the total number of wire turns or the same as it takes 220 turns of enameled wire. If there are 10 coils in each phase, then 220V is divided by 10 coils, the result is 22 turns of wire per coil. So, the wire used must be smaller than the original wire.

@@mohamadkhoiri8263 bisa mas, tapi kalau outpunya sudah DC pakai tang amper yang bisa untuk ukur tegangan DC. Ada dua macam tang amper, ada yang hanya untuk ukur tegangan AC, ada yang multi bisa AC dan DC. Saat ukur ampere, out alternator dikasih beban maksimal, atau dikonsletkan sesaat/beberapa detik. Agar bisa hitung dayanya, ukur juga tegangan saat dikonsletkan, karena tegangan akan drop beberapa volt. Tegangan dikali ampere sama dengan watt (A x V = W)

Putaran 3000 rpm , kenapa hasil Voltase hanya: 7,1 volt ??? Klu mobil injak gas sampai 3000rpm harusnya : 14 volt . Gimana bos ? Putaran rpm 3000 tapi hasil voltase hanya 7.1 v ¿¿¿

Kalau di video ini kan rotor sudah pakai magnet permanen, dan magnet tersebut bukan yang berkwalitas bagus yaitu hanya bekas dari speaker. Tentu kemagnetanya tetap. Sedangkan aslinya, jika dipakai pada mobil, rotor kan pakai magnet remanen/magnet tidak tetap alias pakai lilitan/kumparan yang dialiri listrik. Nah, output tegangan diatur oleh kumparan yang pada rotor. Semakin besar tegangan yang masuk ke kumparan rotor semakin kuat medan magnet yang dihasilkan tentu semakin besar pula tegangan outputnya. Tujuan dipakainya remanent magnet pada rotor untuk menyetabilkan tegangan outputnya disaat mesin rpm rendah dan tinggi. Saat rpm rendah, tegangan masukan ke kumparan rotor dinaikan, saat mesin rpm tinggi tegangan masukan ke kumparan rotor diturunkan. Kan dialternator mobil ada alatnya yang mengatur tegangan masukan ke kumparan rotor. Semacam AVR kalau pada genset.

Apa ada rumus khusus biar tahu misal mau merubah jumlah lilitan dan besar kawat email, nanti pengaruhnya bagaimana. Contoh kasus saya punya dinamo kipas angin, pingin saya jadikan generator yang cukup untuk charging aki dengan ampere yang lumayan besar, tapi low rpm. Mohon tanggapannya. Terima kasih om.

Kalau rumus saya tidak tahu. Tapi ada cara sederhana yang pernah saya coba, dan hasilnya tidak meleset jauh dari hitungan. Misal kita sudah pasang magnet di rotornya, entah magnet ferit atau magnet neodymium. Magnet neodymium tentu lebih bagus, bisa lebih low rpm dibanding magnet ferit dengan ukuran yang sama. Misal kern/stator yang mas bro pakai bekas kipas angin. Kalau jumlah slot/lubang atau pole tidak kelipatan tiga tidak bisa untuk tiga phase. Jadi untuk generator tiga phase jumlah pole/slot harus kelipatan tiga. Kalau tidak kelipatan tiga hanya cocok untuk single phase. Jadi caranya begini : Misal kita sudah tentukan putaran pemutar generator 1500 rpm. Kita lilit kawat email di slot misal 20 lilitan, cukup satu coil saja, tidak usah keseluruhan slot. Lalu pasang/rakit itu generator dan putar dengan 1500 rpm. Ukur tegangan yang dikeluarkan coil yang berjumlah 20 lilit tadi. Dari hasil pengukuran tegangan ini kita bisa hitung berapa lilitan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan 12V di 1500 rpm. Misal 20 lilit keluar tegangan 2V, berarti untuk mendapatkan 12V kita butuh 12V : 2V = 6...maka 6X20=120. Jadi, untuk mendapatkan 12V di 1500rpm kita butuh 120 lilitan. Nah untuk arusnya/amper, nanti tergantung besaran slot nya muat berapa lilit jika menggunakan diameter kawat email sekian mm, kita tinggal sesuaikan saja. Kalau lebar slot kecil, tentu tidak memungkinkan menggunakan kawat email yang terlalu besar. Jadi, dengan ukuran stator generator yang segitu besarnya, kita bisa tahu berapa kemampuan watt nya. Masalah arus mampu tidaknya untuk charge aki, pasti mampu. Bedanya, jika arusnya kecil tentu butuh waktu lebih lama dibanding bila arus pengisian besar. Untuk charge aki, tegangan idealnya adalah 13,8V. Kira2 demikian untuk hitungan sederhananya.

@@YudiHermanto4H Terima kasih penjelasannya om. Jumlah slot statornya 16, tidak bisa untuk 3 phase ya. Rotor rencana pakai 12 magnet neodymium. Pasang magnetnya N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S jadi 12 pole rotor, atau bagusnya 4 pole NNNN-SSSS-NNNN-SSSS atau 6 pole / 8 pole ?? Bingung juga masalah pole, banyak tutorial yang pakai pola N-S-N-S ada juga yang NN-SS :) RPM penggerak kurang lebih 1000rpm. Apa punya video winding yang single phase om. Terima kasih.

@@JejakDigitalKU nn-ss atau nnn-sss atau kutub didobel itu jika dibutuhkan lebar magnet sekian tapi adanya magnet kecil. Lagian jika pasang magnetnya melingkar kalau magnet terlalu lebar kan tidak bisa, jadi pakainya magnet kecil didobel beberapa agar tetap membentuk lengkungan sesuai rotor. Kalau single phase kurang bagus mas bro. Kecuali untuk kebutuhan tertentu atau khusus. Kalau 16 pole mau dipakai 12 pole tidak bisa mas, pembagian sudut sebuah lingkaran 360' jadi tidak seimbang/balanced. Mending mas nya pakai bekas pompa air atau bekas mesin cuci, dia 24 pole.

@@YudiHermanto4H misal sama-sama magnet lebar 10mm, ada yang pasangnya N-S-N-S ada yang pasang kutub dobel NN-SS. Yang saya tanyakan, dalam kondisi seperti apa sebaiknya selang-seling N-S-N-S atau NN-SS. Pengaruhnya apa, toh total magnetnya sama misal 12 biji. Siap, coba cari stator lain.

Jumlah/banyaknya lilitan dan kecepatan potong garis2 gaya magnet pada coil, dalam hal ini kecepatan putaran generator. Kalau besar nya tembaga, arus keluarannya.

Asal tidak terlalu banyak tidak masalah, kan ada semacam regulator atau avr untuk memyetabilkan tegangan output saat rpm mesin naik turun. Yaitu menaikan atau menurunkan tegangan masuk yang ke coil rotor. Sama aja itu mas, cuman beda model lilitan aja.
