Because each pump has a pressure plug, so you first use the pressure plug to test whether the pump is working properly.If the pump works, then problem it's your gun's adapter.

@@cobyleo3343 Yes, thank you - I wonder if it was assembled wrong. I didn't want to debug a brand new pump, so I returned it and ordered from a different supplier. Maybe there was a bad run of pumps at the factory.

@@cobyleo3343 Wish that were the case. They remove all liquids from items shipped to Philippines that's why my pump has no Silicone oil. Good thing they didn't know about the coolant inside. Hahaha
