This is the best video I've found so far. Any chance you can put US subtitles? I can't tell if you installed new O-rings or if you just cleaned old ones. I noticed some were green. Nothing on the Q-tips, no oil? Why not use new water instead of pouring in the old water? Also, why only some of the old water goes back in? You don't fill it completely? What is in the white bottle, just silicone? Thanks.

My pump becomes sucked back when pumping after few strocks just like some vaccum is created within it . What may be the problem?

Watch 7:07 to replace or tighten the O-ring. I have had the same issue and solved it successfully.

Or check the rubber ball at 9:09, replace the tiny rubber ball.

It is just water,

Use antifreeze if you are in cold climate or distilled water in hot climate. Don't use ordinary water, it can cause rust.
