If your telescopic Flag pole gets stuck? Pour water down into the joint to loosen up, of the dirt and sand in the joint 👉👉 WORKS EVERY TIME! with a band jar opener to. Then hand tight only ! 👍👍

I wonder how much more this flagpole would have cost, if they had constructed the interlocking sleeves out of aluminum. The plastic sleeves on my 8 year old pole has broken 3 times. After the second time, 2 years ago, I stopped lowering and raising my pole except to replace the flag twice. Now the flag needed replacing again, and the bottom sleeve is broken again. Sure, lifetime warranty, but what a pain to have to keep replacing these cheap plastic parts!

So sorry to hear that you’ve had multiple issues with your flagpole. This is very rare. The average person may replace one interlocking sleeve every 10 years or so and some never need to have it replaced. The interlocking sleeves are made of Lexan plastic, which is the same material used on airplane windows, so it is meant to last. It also reduces the risk of lightning striking the pole, so it’s a design choice not a budget choice. @@OntarioFlagandPole Thank you! But I bought mine from the Flagpole Farm and they sent me the parts under warranty. They also explained the design choice, saying that aluminum sleeves would corrode. I appreciate your offer though. 👍

@@craigseaman4275 yes it is. If your flagpole stops locking in place it has internal locking sleeves that may need to be replaced. This video demonstrates how to repair if this happens
