Thanks for the short but informative video. The left fan on my Huawei Matebook D16 2021 is rattling. Do u think cleaning it will fix the problem or do I need to change the fan. What fan do I need if I want to change it?

Regarding your question, i recommend you 1st try cleaning and make sure there is no dust preventing the fan from spinning freely, if the noise doesn't go away then sure you will need to replace it, the best place to get the fan is on aliexpress. the fan model is on the tiny sticker on the fan search for that or for the laptop model. in my professional opinion over 17 years opening and servicing, i find them DELL and LENOVO, and how the new Huawei are super easy to service. with practice anything can be fun and easy :)

Gracis🫠🍻 Sobre tu pregunta, sí, es muy importante desconectar la batería antes de hacer la limpieza o el servicio. En lugar del plectro de guitarra, puedes usar cualquier tipo de plástico delgado y duro o metal delgado y duro, aunque se recomienda mucho el plectro de guitarra. saludos

removing the palmrest is not easy you will need to remove everything from laptop and get a new palm rest with keyboard. look for the palmrest in aliexpress.
