How to repeat set of values varying number of times in MS Excel

In this video, you will learn how to repeat set values varying a number of times. For instance, you may want one employee name to come five times and another employee name to come 10 times and so on.
This can be done using a set of helper columns and Xlookup approximate match options in Microsoft 365.
