And even if this sin continues repeat the same process of repentence My personal advise is to equip yourself with the knowledge to protect your self from jin and shaytan this will help you from evil influences and waswas I wish I learnt this protection before only after I realised where my sins stem from I realise it is mainly from my own qareen and external jins and nafs These influences can be reduced to minimal you must abandon sin and never ever slack prayer on time follow sunnah many pple jst do fard prayer this is incorrect as we know Allah says in quran ateeyullah wa ateeyul rasool (obey Allah and obey the messenger) and lastly trust Allah fully and keep fleeing to Allah for help jzk hope this helps even 1 person and last of All ask Allah to give your nafs taqwa as often as you can you can find this dua of our prophet if you research
