Do you have to remove alternator in order to do valve cover gaskets ?

You might not need to. We were doing a lot of work on this car at the time of this video.

I can’t find these valve cover gaskets anywhere says it doesn’t fit my 1992 corvette yet I just took them off my valve cover. Can you post a link please

My 93 used a different style of gasket. Like a spaghetti string. Those gaskets come up for a 91

@@HomeownerRepair I did this on my '92 back in 2014, with no videos to reference. My '92, had the same style gaskets as shown in the video, as well. My son just picked up a '94 with different style valve covers. They're black and "boxy" not rounded like these. I'm checking to see if they're even factory. Good video!
