Same with spark plugs. Super easy to do if you have a 4 cylinder. 6cylinder becomes a little bit more difficult

How necessary is it to coat and grease everything? Cause I don’t have none of that stuff

It helps out. You should be able to buy dielectric grease and silicone spray at you local auto parts store. You do not have to do this, we like to show you the extra steps that SHOULD be taken to help prolong the life of your vehicle. Hope this helps you out.

You can if you want to. It's always a good idea to unplug the battery when you are working around an engine bay.
