You should just look through the door handel to see the clip which holding the top cover then with screw driver turn it to right to unlock and release the top cover .

@@MrHamid111 I can see some kind of "clips" but they are stuck pretty hard. Tried with a screwdriver but broke one of them. Maybe I'm doing the wrong thing, maybe you can share more details?

After open the screws then you have to send a flat screw driver in from the handel place and try to turn top and bottom cover opposite each others.

dude, that video should be titeld "how to open the door". mines stuck closed/locked, child lock off. Still doesnt open after 10 minutes and after switching off and on and another 10 mins.

I did it ! 2 clips broken but I did it. After inspecting the ring I can say that the twist is the way , but if it is stuck like in my case, insert a knife or something thin. There are 2 clips , one is up and one down. Force the up clips then twist it will work this way 🎉
