Hey so after replacing my fan clutch it seems not working properly it doesn’t sounds like it should i got mine from fcp euro the mahle behr what do you think about that brand is it good or bad ?

Video came at the perfect time. Need to get this done. I was thinking about going electric, but I don’t really wanna deal with the wiring and all that, not to mention the electric fan is more expensive. Are there any performances to using the electric fan?

Performances? I wouldn't think so. I mean it's better in terms of you not worrying about the clutch ever going out haha I would do it, but I don't mind the clutch fan honestly.

@@YEVSBUILDS performance as in better cooling. I doubt it, was wondering if you knew for sure or not. I’m gonna get a new clutch for the fan and skip the electric swap.

Just did this, now it sounds like a bus. Is that normal or just a new (bad) fan clutch?

Should be normal since the fan actually spins now and the bearing is new

Dropping a like, just realized my fan clutch is weeping oil 🙃

Just swapped it and realized I put the clutch back in wrong I was freaking out cause the blades were hiding the vanos 😅

I was wondering why when I replaced my head gasket the fan was so easy to take off then when I had to replace the blades today I was like why is it stuck so bad. We’ll come to find out I was turning it the wrong way 😂 it’s always the little things that get ya
