Tie rod ball joints i usually loosen the nut up and then beat on the side of the arm to shock it loose. Maybe pry a little pressure against it while hammering. Dont pull on the end of the axle, if it comes apart youll have the greasy mess from hell on your hands.

Should also be able to drop the ball joint to get the axle out… i just wanted to see whats going on with that bearing in the middle of it

It’s funny you say that, I’m doing mine now and the pinch bolt is LOCKED (nut came off). If it wasn’t a year after your comment I’d link a video to show you what the middle looks like
